About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer/Yard 2IC to assist in the day-to-day running of our Auckland yard and support scaffolding operations. This role would suit someone looking to grow their career with opportunities to upskill.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in organising and maintaining yard equipment and scaffolding stock
- Prepare and load gear for jobs
- Ensure yard and tools are kept clean, safe and operational
- Support site teams by compiling job-specific gear lists
- Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffolding under supervision
- Carry out deliveries as required
- Supervise other labourers when Yard Manager is off-site

What You’ll Need:- Full NZ driver’s licence (HT an advantage)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Forklift licence or experience is a bonus
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- NZ citizen/resident or legal right to work in NZ
