Description
We are a small tight knit team with a yard based in Dairy Flat. We require an experienced hand on civil labourer who has experience within civil works to join our small team. You must be able to work unsupervised and use your initiative where required.You will be reporting and working alongside our experienced team. Work predominantly within the Muriwai / West Auckland area, and other locations as required. We require someone to start immediately. We are looking for someone who is totally committed to this role and would like long term employment.
Benefits- Hourly rate offered will be between $25 - $27 dependent upon skills and experience.
- 90 day trial period.
- Assistance with any training and upskillng if required.
- PPE gear supplied.
- Kiwisaver.
- Operating and equipment is checked on a daily basis.
- Assisting equipment operators and other skilled labourers when necessary.
- Loading or unloading materials.
- Removing, filling, or compacting earth.
- Following instructions from supervisors.
- Assisting co-workers.
- Performing site clean up.
- Fulfilling other related tasks as requested by management or other department personnel.
- You must have a clean full driver’s licence and be able to work within a team.
You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. Some sites may require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
