About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for two experienced nurses to join our Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) / Safe Staffing and Releasing Time to Care (RTC) team based in the Waikato region.This pivotal role offers the chance to lead and coordinate programmes that directly influence nursing practice, workforce planning, and the quality and safety of patient care across the district.As part of the CCDM and RTC nursing team, you will hold a portfolio and work collaboratively with services to deliver the core objectives of the CCDM programme, including:Supporting safe staffing practices to ensure the right care is delivered at the right timeEnabling better workforce planning and capacity management across servicesUsing data and tools to inform decision-making and enhance care deliveryPromoting a culture of equity, efficiency, and high-quality patient outcomes You will provide leadership, coordination and expert advice, contributing to programme development, implementation and evaluation, while building strong relationships across the organisation.
