We are looking for an Administration Support team member to be the welcoming face of our Hastings operation.This is a permanent, full-time role, reporting to the Office Manager. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our office runs smoothly, providing front-of-house support while assisting with a wide range of administrative and accounts tasks. You’ll be joining a collaborative, award-winning team where professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued.

Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and plants to a high standard, ensuring all areas are well stocked
- Coordinate catering for meetings and visitors, including bookings, set-up, and clearing
- Process supplier invoices in preparation for payment
- Raise and receipt purchase orders and maintain accounts payable records and reporting
- Maintain accurate and well-organised filing systems and documentation
- Payroll processing, including auditing timesheets for accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to management and teams, including meeting minutes and evacuation procedures
- Oversee fleet administration, including servicing, WOFs, registrations, and vehicle cleaning
- Always demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Skills & Experience- At least 1 year of administration experience, ideally in a manufacturing, trade, or similar environment
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable is advantageous
- High level of written and spoken English, with strong data entry accuracy
- A professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Alternatively, applicants with some office experience who are keen to develop a career in administration are encouraged to apply
