Customer Service Representatives - at Z Mataruahou in central Napier

• Role 1: Mix of night (10pm-6am) and afternoon (2pm-10pm) shifts.
• Role 2: Morning shifts 6am-2pm.

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who thrive in a busy customer focused retail environment at our Z service station in central Napier. The role is all about providing awesome customer service, along with - making the best coffee, getting bakes in the oven for our hungry customers, re-stocking and cleaning the store.

• Role 1: Mix of night (10pm-6am) and afternoon (2pm-10pm) shifts - focus on customer service and cleaning/preparing the store for the next day. Predominantly sole charge.
• Role 2: Morning shifts 6am-2pm. It's all about our food and coffee! Focus is on providing the best customer service during our busier times of the day.
• Are you customer and results focused.
• Do you have an eye for detail and maintain best practices.
• Be physically fit and healthy.
• Promote excellent Health & Safety practices.
