This role plays a key part inimproving clinical operations and supporting patient flow across the RadiologyService.You will work in a small team as a key clinical liaison for radiologyinformatics, IT systems, and operating systems/equipment, helping to ensuretheir effective introduction, day'to'day use, and the timely resolution ofissues.You will also bring a strong clinical perspective to operationalplanning, service improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary projects.Key responsibilities include: Support the Radiology Clinical OperationalLeadership Team to improve clinical operations and patient flow Act as the clinical liaison for radiologyinformatics, IT systems, and operating systems/equipment Support the implementation, optimisation, andongoing use of clinical systems and technologies Contribute clinical expertise to operationaland production planning, including aligning demand and capacity and monitoringperformance Participate in and support serviceimprovement projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, andtransition to business'as'usual Build and maintain strong workingrelationships with clinical teams and internal and external stakeholdersThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at theintersection of clinical practice, systems, and service improvement.About YouYour skills and experience will include:MIT or other relevant Radiology qualificationStrong customer service, problem'solving, critical thinking, and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders In'depth understanding of radiology clinical systems and their impact on clinical and administrative workflowsBasic understanding of IT infrastructureExperience working in a radiology informatics environment is desirableProject management and/or change managementexperience is advantageous Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated toensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
