About the Role
TSA Riley has a strong and growing pipeline of major health infrastructure projects across New Zealand, including some of the largest and most complex programmes in the Asia Pacific region. With continued momentum across both the North and South Islands, we're seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto join our Auckland-based client-side team.
In this role, you'll take responsibility for delivering complex health projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors in highly regulated and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of health projects, including programme, cost, risk, and quality outcomes
- Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors on projects up to ~$50m
- Support clients through procurement, design coordination, construction, and commissioning
- Navigate live hospital and operational environments with multiple stakeholders
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing project team culture
About You
You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in architecture, engineering, or project management
- 7+ years' experience delivering projects in the built environment, with health sector experience strongly preferred
- A solid understanding of project delivery frameworks, commercial management, and construction contracts
- Confidence leading project meetings and managing complex stakeholder interfaces
- Experience working across technically complex facilities, including building services and commissioning
- Willingness to travel across regional New Zealand when required
