ConsultANZis seeking an experiencedSenior Project Manager / ProjectManager with a strong background in heavy civil infrastructure to join a major civil contractor in Auckland. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to take charge of a major transport project, overseeing complex structural works and ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

- Lead planning and execution of bridge, structural concrete, and pipeline works.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, progress reports, and technical submissions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers and site staff.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in heavy civil infrastructure with proven expertise in bridge construction, structural concrete, and pipeline projects.
- Strong technical knowledge across structural and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Competitive salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + car (negotiable depending on experience).
