Condair Air Conditioning is a well-established, locally owned and operated business with offices in Hamilton and Tauranga, servicing over 450 clients across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Auckland regions.

We specialise in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration solutions—working with clients across hospitals, schools, prisons, commercial factories, restaurants, vet clinics and more.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service & Maintenance Manager to join and lead our growing Waikato-based team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Promptly quoting repair jobs

Mentoring and developing staff

Overseeing onboarding and training of new team members

Staying current with industry laws, safety regulations, and best practices

Managing the day-to-day operations of the service and maintenance department

What You’ll Bring:

Solid background in HVAC and/or Refrigeration

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Confident communicator with great people skills
