We now have an exciting opportunity for an Guest Services Manager to join The Huka Lodge team.

The Role

This senior leadership position will see you:

• Manager and coordinate all guest relations operations
• Creating and curating the ultimate guest experiences
• Ensuring the small Guest Service team have the available resources and training to deliver great service, through effective communication, handovers and briefing meetings
• Planning and assigning work through effective rostering management and controlling labour costs according to budget

You will also work closely with department leaders to support and assist them across all day-to-day operational issues. Your day will be spent welcoming guests on arrival, managing all Guest Services, Housekeeping and driving a positive team culture to enhance the guest experience and deliver business goals.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic hospitality professional who can effortlessly move between strategic management as well as being a hands-on leader who can support the small team in daily operations.
