**Job Description**We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader with a track record of operational excellence and continuous improvement to join our team based in Kate Valley, North Canterbury.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your role will be to focus on developing and maintaining operational capability and service delivery.
**Qualifications**To be successful in this role you will have proven experience leading high performing teams, be commercially astute and have a solid understanding of mobile plant and equipment. You will also drive for results, be resilient under pressure and have strong communication skills.A relevant degree is desirable.
You lead by example and are happy to engage and inspire others and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get down to the nuts and bolts. You live and breathe the company vision, values and purpose and communicate this clearly to your team so they can relate it to their own areas of responsibility.You know your team’s strengths and areas of development and you are passionate about mentoring and developing your team.
Ideally you will have come from a production, mining, quarrying or manufacturing environment at a senior level.
