About our company
Nice New Kitchen Limited is a well-established cabinet making company. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for CAD Designers to join our friendly team in Auckland.
What you will do but not limited to the following:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for cabinetry projects
- Interpret design drawings and translate them into production-ready shop drawings
- Liaise with project managers and production staff to ensure the correct execution of design intent
- Modify and update drawings as needed based on client feedback or production changes
- Ensure all drawings meet industry and company standards
- Assist in preparing cut lists for manufacturing
- Maintain organised records of all drawings and versions
Suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Either have at least two years of relevant experience or NZQF Diploma
- Good communication and professional skills
- Punctual, honest, reliable and hardworking
- Keen to work well within a team setting
- Great attention to details
What we can offer:
- Full time employment: we have worksite in Auckland
- Hourly rate: $32/hour gross - $35/hour gross
- Hours of week per week: a minimum of 30 hours, no more than 45 hours per week depending upon site condition, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Over time maybe expected
