About the RoleAs a Public Health Nurse, you will deliver public health nursing services across the community with a strong focus on improving immunisation coverage.
This role is in collaboration with the Outreach Immunisation Service (OIS) to support equitable and accessible vaccination delivery.
Public health nursing includes assessment of population health, attention to the multiple determinants of health, an emphasis on primary prevention, and continued commitment to best evidence-based public health nursing practice.About the Team/Service/ LocationOur public health nursing team is part of the National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand
