About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive operator with strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for precision machinery. In this role, you will:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC laser machines
- Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure production quality and accuracy meet established standards
- Complete documentation to an intermediate level of detail and accuracy
- Work independently, managing your workload and meeting deadlines effectively
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC laser or plasma machines, ideally in a manufacturing environment (stainless steel preferred)
- Forklift and gantry crane experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence with reliable transport
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy
