- At least 2 years of experience in a full service, busy restaurant in a similar position or higher.
- Hindi language skills would be advantage but not essential.
- Great people skills, strong customer focus & have experience managing staff
- Have a passion for hospitality and for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Excellent personal presentation, enthusiastic and reliable
- Team player who works under pressure and remains focussed in a fast paced environment
- A knowledge of Indian Curries, Indo Chinese, Tandoori Dishes like Bread , Tikka's, Marinades , Kebab etc
