Registered Nurse - Taupo ED
Two part-time, fixed term roles (maternity cover) available- 8 FTE/64 hours per fortnight
Rostered shifts including nights and weekends
An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Registered Nurse and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team at the Emergency Department in Taupo Hospital.

About the role
Providing Nursing care to acutely presenting patients to the Emergency Department
About you
You should have- Experience in Emergency Care Nursing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing needs of the department
- Prioritisation skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Honesty, reliability and confidentiality
- The ability to work in a team environment and independently
- A calm disposition under pressure
- A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate or working towards it.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma Desirable
