Providing Nursing care to acutely presenting patients to the Emergency Department

About you

You should have
  • Experience in Emergency Care Nursing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing needs of the department
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Honesty, reliability and confidentiality
  • The ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • A calm disposition under pressure
  • A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate or working towards it.
You would be
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
  • Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma Desirable
