We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Drainlayer to join our growing team based in Taupo. With a strong pipeline of civil and infrastructure projects across the region, this is a great opportunity to secure stable, long-term work in a supportive team environment.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining underground drainage and stormwater systems on a range of civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation of stormwater, sewer, and watermain pipelines
- Reading and interpreting plans and levels
- Operating small plant and machinery
- Ensuring works are completed to NZ standards and specifications
- Maintaining a high standard of health & safety on site
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
- Civil construction experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Class 1 licence (WTR endorsements an advantage)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
