Store Manager

We are currently seeking a 2x Store Managers to lead our teams in the Opotiki and Whakatane (Bay of Plenty) Region. . This role offers an excellent opportunity.

Pay Rate:- $24 Per Hour

Job duties being a Store Manager are listed below:

• Direct and supervise staff to ensure they’re doing things correctly and up to the Store standard.
• Monitoring the inventory and making sure nothing ever runs out.
• Be available to take phone orders and in-store orders from customers
• Solve any customer queries and complaints when escalate.
• Be able to handle the till, issue refunds where required and roundup the till if closing the shift.
• Make store orders as often as required
• Liaise with suppliers as often as required
• Liaise with any third parties and the head office as often as required for store related matters
• Ensure the store is secure at all times
• Train junior staff as and when required
• Be responsible to follow all health and safety processes and regulations of the company at all times.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or a bachelors degree.
• Must be available to work weekends and late evenings.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
