We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Painter Foreman to lead site-based painting crews and deliver projects to the highest standards. You'll combine hands-on expertise with team leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and defect-free delivery across diverse projects.

• What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan daily tasks and allocate resources to meet project timelines and specifications
• Interpret plans, drawings, and job documentation
• Apply various coatings and ensure surfaces are finished to a professional standard
• Conduct quality checks and resolve defects
• Manage site safety and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies
• Liaise with site supervisors, clients, and trades to coordinate workflow
• Order materials and manage tools and equipment
• Mentor junior team members and support their development

• Projects completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard
• A well-led, productive, and safety-conscious painting team
• Strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Full compliance with HSEQ procedures and company policies
• What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on painting experience, with 1–2+ years in a foreman/supervisory role
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Sound knowledge of modern coatings, tools, and prep techniques
• Full NZ Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
