Heavy Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team based in Porirua.
With this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a variety of equipment, including small to big excavators, dumptrucks, loaders, rollers, compactors, and more.
Be required to work both in the workshop and in the field.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
You must be a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with relevant certification.
Experience of diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment.

- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a minimum 2 years experience in maintaining Earthmoving Equipment
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Work vehicle will be provided
- Must pass a pre employment drug test
Duties include:
Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical issues.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
You must be a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with relevant certification.
Experience of diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulics systems.
