Are you ready to combine your sales flair with top-tier customer service skills?

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support team member to join our dynamic Sales team at Safety 'n Action, New Zealand's leading provider of Health & Safety training. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Transport division, helping to maintain and grow bookings, manage enquiries, and provide exceptional service to clients across the transport sector.

This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to help secure a sale.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the Transport Regional Managers across NZ with sales-related administration and lead management
  • Managing and making bookings on behalf of Regional Managers and customers, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience
  • Responsible for achieving a portion of the team's revenue targets through proactive outbound calls and upselling to drive additional transport revenue.
  • Handling transport training enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth
  • Assisting with outbound calls to follow up on leads, quotes, and booking opportunities
  • Providing reporting and data insights to the Sales team and Management
  • Contributing to the delivery of an excellent customer journey from enquiry to booking
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or education/training environment
  • Is confident making outbound calls and following up on warm sales leads
  • Is highly organised and detail-focused - juggling tasks is your superpower
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, but is also happy to take ownership of their workload
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, whether it's over the phone, on teams, or email
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Loves solving problems and keeping customers happy
