Sheet Metal Fabricator / HVAC Duct Installer

Must have 3 years relevant work experience.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Duct Installer/fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, assembling, and maintaining HVAC duct systems in residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, round)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape metal using hand and power tools
- Installation of in light commercial/commercial HVAC Duct work.
- Installation of ducting in retirement homes, supermarkets and or shopping malls by reading blueprints or Cad Drawings.
- Sound knowledge of split heat pump systems , including high wall, floor consoles, ducted systems, and cassettes Air Conditioning.
- Able to take Site Measures for the ducting on site.
- Able to install spiral / flexible ducts.
- if required able to wrap the thermal insulation on the ducting.
- To measure products to specification before assembly.
- Use power tools to install the products.
- Be able to adequately Cut, Roll, Bend and hammer metal products.
- To clean and polish metal products before installing.
