We own and operate a modern fleet of plant and machinery ranging from excavators, including various size vibro hammer attachments, to pumps and large pipe bursting setups.
The Role
You will form part of a team that prides itself on innovative and smart approaches to civil construction challenges. You will receive the support of highly experienced Foreman as well as Site/Project Engineers, Project Managers and Senior Management.You will get exposure to a broad range of different projects including multi-disciplinary work and no two days will be the same.

About You
You will be eager to bring your enthusiasm and practical approach to an established high performing environment, have the willingness to learn new things and:- Have at least 5 years’ experience on civil construction sites
- Be willing to do general labouring
- The ability to operate heavy plant is a bonus (WTR, Class 2+)
- Be a natural leader
- Ready to deliver as part of a team
- Reliable and take pride in what you do
- A sense of humour
You will need to be able to maintain a high level of integrity in your work and enjoy developing your technical skills. You will also possess excellent people skills, to develop and maintain genuine relationships with our clients and our people.
