We're on the lookout for a skilled Leading Hand / Supervisor to join a quality-focused concrete construction team in Christchurch. You'll be leading from the front - managing teams, interpreting plans, and delivering high-standard formwork and carpentry across varied commercial projects.

We're on the lookout for a skilled Leading Hand / Supervisor to join a quality-focused concrete construction team in Christchurch. You'll be leading from the front - managing teams, interpreting plans, and delivering high-standard formwork and carpentry across varied commercial projects.

Wages: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)Location: Christchurch

- Trade qualified carpenter
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems
- Full Class 1 driver's licence and own transport
- Ability to read and follow plans
- Good physical fitness and health & safety mindset
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
