You are passionate about logistics, commercially aware, and able to bring clarity to complex situations.You'll combine that with:At least 5 years operational management experience within a fast paced operational environment.Strong leadership and team building capability.The ability to think logically under pressure with ability to pivot on the spot.
Well-developed planning, analytical and reporting skills.Experience of distribution and time critical service delivery.Well versed in managing for Safety and Wellbeing in an Operational EnvironmentAlthough standard hours are Mon- Fri, the nature of the business activities will require availability to react and respond to any significant events (service or incident related) on a 24/7 basis.
