Join Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora and help shape the future of hospital operations at one of the country’s most dynamic health hubs.About the RoleWe are seeking an General Manager, Hospital Operations to provide leadership and operational management of the services within Hospital Operations, supporting the Director in the day-to-day functioning of hospital services and contributing to strategic initiatives — particularly in relation to patient flow, 24/7 hospital operations, and inpatient capacity planning.You will lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of clinical and non-clinical support services across Te Toka Tumai, including the Hospital Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), Clinical Nurse Managers, Patient at Risk team, Patient Transport, Orderlies, Equipment Pool, Cleaning and Waste Services, Staff Residences, Temporary Staffing Bureau, Transition Lounge, Volunteer Services, Hospital Chaplaincy, and other services within Commercial Services.Please visit the position description here.About the Team/ServiceAt Te Toka Tumai Auckland, we’re not just hiring — we’re building the future.
