With projects typically ranging from $10m to $50m in value.
They have been awarded a new project in the Northshore and therefore they are seeking an experienced Site Manager.
About the Role:As the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all on-site activity from site set-up through to handover. You’ll have full ownership of the program on site, coordinating trades, suppliers, and consultants, while working closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of site delivery including subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and program adherence
Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure sequencing, materials, and staffing levels align with project goalsSet up and manage site operations including amenities, signage, inductions and site protocols
Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and QA
Ensure all compliance, documentation and record-keeping is accurately maintained (site diaries, safety reports, variations etc.)
Identify potential delays early and implement solutions to stay on program
Be a visible and hands-on leader onsite — coaching and mentoring site staff and apprentices where applicable
Represent the main contractor professionally to clients, consultants and contractors
What We’re Looking For: Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
Trade background as a carpenter/builder or construction management qualifications preferredProven track record of completing projects
