About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated, relationship-driven Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our close-knit team. The role can be based from our Rolleston office here in Selwyn —or for the right person—any pastoral or horticultural region in New Zealand.
If you're based further afield, flexible work-from-home arrangements are required. Some travel will be necessary.This is a full-time, permanent position where your ability to drive sales, build strong farmer relationships, and deliver practical, tailored advice will be key to your success. Ideally you will have an existing network or rural contacts

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who thrives on building trust and delivering value to rural clients. Ideally, you will bring: >A proven background in agricultural sales or rural servicing (seed/fertilizer sales a major plus)
>A qualification in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience>Solid understanding of NZ farming systems, especially pasture-based production
>The ability to understand and communicate how seed and soil decisions impact long-term outcomes
>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — someone farmers want to deal with
>A high level of initiative, self-management, and attention to detail
>Strong computer literacy and the ability work within a CRM framework and to quote and plan with accuracy within existing systems>The flexibility to travel ( some field day and promotional representation will be required) and work independently, while being part of a close team
> (Bonus) An existing network of rural contacts
