About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative role will focus on maintaining and improving current market relationships, increased sales, account activity and new customer account creation within the central North Island territory.
The employee will also seek ways to increase Camfil brand awareness and elevate Camfil to be top of mind with consultants, engineers, specifiers and industry groups that are associated within market segments that are outlined in our strategic plan.
What you will be doing- Active focus on building relationships with customers. Understanding there purchasing habits and providing quotations for required product.
- Developing unique reasons to call on customers, and constantly innovate and develop ways to remain relevant to the customer.
- A focus on increasing the number of customers Camfil New Zealand service or supply within the central North Island region.
- Actively engaging with industry groups, consultants & engineers to make Camfil their first choice when specifying product.
- Over time, develop data and information on specific market segments to understand the size and scope of the sales territory.
What we are looking for
Reasonable confidence level required as the role entails business to business direct communication, some local travel and time on customer premises to provide technical support.Ability to plan and be organised.
Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
Technical knowledge and or sales experience in HVAC would also be an advantageStrong computer skills including Office 365, and an understanding of CRM would be advantageous.
