In this role you will be one of two Senior Recruitment Advisors for the Upper North recruitment team servicing the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Auckland and Northland region, while working connectedly as part of the wider National Recruitment team.

Your core focus is to be a trusted strategic recruitment partner to our senior hiring managers for specialist and mid to senior level roles. This will be your opportunity to contribute to enhancing how we do things, align our function to our organisational strategies and provide exceptional recruitment support across the region.Your key responsibilities will include:Strategic Recruitment Partner; provides specialist and recruitment and selection consultancy advice, support and guidance to senior managers providing a range of strategies and approaches.Service Delivery; deliver high quality service and best practice specialist recruitment (mid to senior level roles) while providing attraction and selection advice, support and guidance to hiring managers.Building Internal Capability; building the internal capabilities of our stakeholders by delivering impactful best practice recruitment training/workshops.Best Practice Kaitiaki; identifying and mitigating areas of risk with recruitment activities, ensuring we hire the right people, widely sharing knowledge of best practice and drive continuous improvement of attraction and selection activities.Relationship Development and Building; build, participate and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships.Act as an Ara Poutama Advocate; initiate, manage, organise and attend community events for attraction and engagement.He kōrero mōu | About you It's important to us you embrace our values.Manaaki (Respect): We care and respect everyone.Whānau (Relationships): We develop supportive relationships.Wairua (Spirituality): We are unified and focused in our efforts.Kaitiaki (Guardianship): We are responsive and responsible.Rangatira (Leadership): We demonstrate leadership and are accountable.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceAs a Senior Recruitment professional, you will relish the opportunity to work in an environment where the work is both varied and complex.

All those ideas you have around attraction, candidate care and service delivery are welcome along with the following:Significant recruitment experience and able to apply best practice recruitment and selection processes for specialist and mid to senior level roles.Senior Strategic Recruitment Partnering experience providing senior managers with recruitment selection and consultancy advice, support and guidance on attraction and selection strategies.Solid experience and understanding of recruitment processes i.e.

attraction activities, candidate care, selection and risk assessment.Relationship Builder with proven experience and skills, at building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders with a compassionate and collaborative approach.Team
