About the role.
The term of the role is initially for 9 months to cover maternity leave but there is potential for the option to extend for the right candidate.
The term of the role is initially for 9 months to cover maternity leave but there is potential for the option to extend for the right candidate.
Approx. 20 hours per week with flexible working hours. The role requires being on site (CBD Office) Monday and Tuesday 9.30am – 2.30pm, plus one additional day 9.30am – 2.30pm. Some flexibility beyond this can be arranged.
Key responsibilities include:- Payroll processing
- Invoicing
- GST and PAYE returns
- Bank reconciliations
- General bookkeeping in Xero
- Data gathering and input for reports, budgeting
- Digital filing and record keeping
As a small business, the role may also involve general admin support such as booking flights, liaising with contractors, and minor office coordination tasks.
What we’re looking for:- Bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Confident with Xero
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
- Property industry knowledge would be a bonus, but not essential
- Someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team and is happy to pitch in across different tasks.
