This is a rare opportunity for a senior customer operations professional to take the lead in a well-run and future-focused division.
This is your chance to:- Be the Customer Service Manager looking after and providing exceptional customer experiences across local and international markets
- Partner directly with executive leaders to drive improvements and deliver best-in-class service
- Bring innovation to life by streamlining processes and digitalising customer systems using the existing SAP systems
- Manage one direct report and take over an already well-oiled machine then make it even better
This is a senior position where your blend of customer and people management, ERP systems expertise, and appetite for operational improvement will shape the customer journey from end to end. This is a complex set of products and will require a clever, switched on manager to ensure the continued success of this business.
What your day will look like:- Be the first point of contact for customer sales, enquiries, credits and support
- Lead process improvement and digitalisation projects, within a complexed ERP system
- Liaise with global teams on foreign receivables and export documentationSet and monitor KPIs for service performance and drive efficiency in customer delivery
- Maintain a collaborative connection with sales, logistics, finance, and international teams
- Coach and support your direct report while still being hands-on across client accounts
- Has experience in a large corporate or multinational environment
- Who has a passion for excellence in all that they do

- Brings strong ERP experience (JD Edwards, SAP or similar a must)
- Has at least 5 years experience in Customer Service Management or leadership position or senior account executive.
- Ideally has exposure to the agriculture, science, technology or manufacturing sector dealing with complex products and enterprise client management
- Is a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first attitudeUnderstands sales channels, business processes, and thrives in cross-functional environments
