Multilingual Front Office Customer Service Manager

Able to communicate to Spaceships main international guests in various languages including French, Spanish and English.
Support and communicate key customer service information including drive safe, where to camp, how to use the vehicle, terms and conditions.
To answer incoming calls when required and ensure that calls are answered and handled in the appropriate manner.
Assist with emails if required.
Up sell insurance and extras where possible such as Speedy returns, tables and chairs.
Discuss safe driving info, where to camp info and the key terms with customers.
to do and places to see.
Mention the NZ Frenzy complimentary PDF guides and email these to customers.
Ensure all company procedures and policies are followed.
To provide excellent customer service and support to the client on arrival and return from their Spaceship adventure.
To dispatch our vehicles ensuring paperwork is complete and accurate as per company policy.
To ensure all pre-hire vehicle checks are completed as per company policy.
To ensure all clients are given the pre-hire briefing with regards to vehicle use and terms and conditions as per company. Policy.
To assist any passengers with any problems and seek to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Computer literacy
Accuracy in Data Entry
Ability to use initiative, troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to juggle many tasks at once
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Good communications skills

Some knowledge of NZ and it’s geography and attractions
Full Drivers Licence
Weekend Work
Public holiday work
Must work great in with a team but also can be left alone.
Book ferry for customers travelling between Islands.
Over see cleanliness on all pick ups before customers collect there vehicles.
