Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Manage stock ordering, rotation, and wastage efficiently.
Work effectively under pressure during busy service periods.
Support a positive team environment and uphold strong work ethics.
Requirements:Minimum 12 months’ experience in a café kitchen or similar environment OR a cookery qualification at Certificate Level 4.
Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without supervision.
Must be available to work weekends.
A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business.
** This is a full time role with minimum 30 hours per week and Pay rate between $25 to $27 depending on the work experience.
