We’re after a practical, hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Waikato. You’ll be part of a hardworking team that values action over talk, with full ownership from start to finish—site delivery, budgets, claims, and team coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing multiple civil projects from start to finishLeading and supporting site crews and subcontractors
Overseeing financials, claims, reporting, and planning
Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to spec
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years' experience in civil project managementStrong leadership and site coordination skills
Solid understanding of budgets, contracts, and timelines
NZCE, BE, or similar preferred—but proven experience matters more
