SharePoint Tester

Our client, a leading government organisation, is seeking an experienced SharePoint Tester to join their project team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile SharePoint solutions and ensure delivery of quality systems that meet business needs.
About the Role:As the SharePoint Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans for SharePoint applications and integrations. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure all features, workflows, and configurations perform to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases for SharePoint Online / SharePoint environment
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Document defects and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Validate workflows, permissions, and configurations to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Support testing of SharePoint integrations with other systems.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience testing SharePoint platforms in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and permissions.
- Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Experience with automation testing (e.g., Selenium, PowerShell) desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
