We’re a growing, locally owned building company based in Tauranga with a proven name already, specialising in residential renovations and property maintenance. We’re looking for a Qualified Builder to join our team full-time.
You’ll be working on a mix of projects – from full home renos and alterations to smaller maintenance jobs for homeowners. This role suits someone who’s hands-on, reliable, prossional and confident working independently or with a small team.
What we’re looking for:
Trade qualified builder (LBP preferred or working towards it)
Minimum 3 years' experience in building – renovations/maintenance experience ideal
Able to read plans, problem-solve, and think on your feet
Good communicator with a tidy, professional approach
Full NZ driver’s licence
Must have NZ residency, citizenship or valid work visa
What you’ll be doing:
Residential renovations – framing, cladding, fit-outs, finishing workGeneral building maintenance – doors, windows, decks, fencing, repairs
Working in both occupied and unoccupied homes
Liaising with clients and subcontractors
Keeping a clean and safe worksite
