Competent Apprentice / Qualified Builder

Raglan Ridge Renovations is a new division of an established property development and trading company based in Tauranga. We're expanding and looking for two builders to join our team on the ground.

Our projects range from simple kitchen and bathroom renovations to reclads, decking, retaining walls, and landscaping. Most of our work is on company-owned properties — meaning no client drama, more autonomy, and flexible hours.

The company director is a qualified builder currently managing the projects. However, for the right person, there’s room to step up and take on more responsibility, allowing the director to focus more on the investment side of the business.

Who We're Looking For:

This role would suit either:

A competent apprentice, or
A newly qualified builder
Note: We're happy to support apprenticeships and help with getting you signed off. However, due to the nature of our work, we may not cover all the scope required for certain apprenticeship modules.

A strong work ethic
A hunger to learn – Skills can be taught, attitude can't.

You'll sometimes be working independently, so you'll need to be self-managing and take pride in your work.
