PROJECT MANAGER – FULL-TIME

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial painting and coating projects across Auckland and wider NZ. From planning to handover, you’ll run the show—making sure our sites stay on track, teams deliver quality, and clients stay happy.

THE ROLE

You’ll manage multiple projects, subcontractors, work closely with clients , and ensure everything is running on time, on budget, and up to spec.

• Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial painting projects
• Coordinate schedules, site teams, and subcontractors
• Oversee budgets, variations, and cost tracking, pricing the projects
• Handle client updates, site meetings, and QA documentation
• Ensure H&S compliance and manage risk on site
• Support estimators and supervisors across multiple jobs

• 5+ years in project or site management (commercial )
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and painting systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timeframes
• Good with reporting, QA, documentation, and MS Office tools
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• NZ citizenship/residency or valid full-time work visa

• Salary package of $130,000
