We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Foreman than can lead a team and take responsible of the day-to-day operations on our work sites. We require a hands-on Site Supervisor with previous supervisor experience, to oversee and run sites.
- Work for a New Zealand owned company.
- Installation of Pond Liners and associated products throughout NZ.
- Hamilton based location.
- Growth Industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a team on a construction site.
- Have a current and full NZ driver’s licence.
- Be drug free (mandatory pre-employment drug testing as well as random site testing)
- Ability to work autonomously.
- A team player.
- Be physically fit.
- Great work ethic.
- Able to work away from home occasionally.
- The ability to work any day of the week which could vary due to weather.
- Great leadership skills.
- Ability to liaise with client representatives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Practical and organized with a ‘can do’ attitude and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, determine priorities and manage challenging situations.
- Can handle hard work and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
- Ability to complete paperwork is essential.
