A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Profit Protection Team at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Preventing any theft or damage from taking place within the store
- Ensuring there is a high visibility of Security presence during store opening hours
- Focus on reducing shrinkage & promoting loss prevention
- Ensuring the company image is protected by maintaining excellent customer service skills
The successful applicant will be a quick thinking, assertive but polite, with strong attention to detail.
In addition, we are ideally seeking:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience and confidence using CCTV and other monitoring equipment
- A good level of fitness as the position requires you to be on your feet for most of the day
- Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
This is a full-time position, rostered Sunday - Thursday
