Trade Qualified Electrician – Weekend Role

We now have a rare opportunity for a skilled Electrical Tradesman to join our weekend maintenance team at our Kennington site, just 10 minutes east of Invercargill.
What We Are Offering: * Permanent, full-time position
- Weekend-based schedule: Hours available across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (flexible work patterns available to suit your lifestyle). Our weekend production hours are 5:30am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities: * Preventative electrical maintenance and fault-finding
- Responding to and resolving breakdowns in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Servicing and installing PLCs, VSDs, switchgear, and motors
- Commissioning new electrical systems
- Contributing to electrical improvement projects
- Collaborating closely with the wider maintenance team, including mechanical engineers
What We Are Looking For: * EWRB Registered Electricians
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience in New Zealand
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase systems, fault-finding, and PLCs
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic
- Full NZ driver's licence and valid work rights in New Zealand
