The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind key projects across the Auckland region. You will have full autonomy over project delivery, from planning and financial management to leading site teams and fostering client relationships.Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality, while also mentoring junior staff to develop the next generation of industry leaders.
Ideal Candidate- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of project management experience within New Zealand's civil construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NZS3910 and other relevant construction contracts.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects with strong commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An excellent salary package of $130,000 - $150,000 + Vehicle + Benefits.
