Youll be joining the Gastroenterology Department who share our organisations values to welcome everyone, to respect one another, to work together and to always aim high.As our Team Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all staff and external visitors.You will be an experienced administrator with at least 2 years experience in a fast-paced front line position.

Ideally, you will also have a tertiary qualification or an intermediate to advanced level qualification in Administration.You will have demonstrated customer service, administrative and organisational skills with advanced level of abilities in use of Microsoft packages.

You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
You will demonstrate great attention to detail, high level of time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Ideally, you will have prior experience of supporting senior managers with proven capability of managing diaries and providing secretarial support.
