Business Support Coordinator

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will work collaboratively to provide high level administration support to VTNZ's Leadership Team and Support Office Managers. You will also:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Manage administrative tasks and processes on behalf of managers
- Order stationery and office consumables
- Book travel and perform some data entry
- Oversee the day-to-day operations for Support Office to operate effectively and efficiently
About you:
You will have strong administration skills and be able to communicate effectively and professionally to internal and external customers with a positive attitude. You will be someone who loves to organise and prioritise. You will also:
- Have proven experience in administration
- Be at an intermediate level of MS Excel
- Have good attention to detail and previous experience in data entry
- Have experience in database and document management
- Know how to use a variety of software tools and learn new systems
