Project Administrator

We're on the hunt for a switched-on, detail-focused Project Administrator to join our growing Auckland team. If you enjoy keeping things on track, thrive on clear communication, and are confident navigating construction admin platforms like Procore and Fergus, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:This is a key support role within our projects team, helping deliver commercial and residential electrical projects on time and on budget. You’ll be responsible for a range of project coordination and admin tasks, including:
- Setting up and helping manage projects in Procore and Fergus
- Assisting with documentation, RFI tracking, and variations
- Organising schedules, subcontractor communications, and materials tracking
- Supporting site teams with compliance and reporting requirements
- Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- General admin duties to keep projects running smoothly
- Solid computer skills – confident across MS Office, Procore, Fergus or similar platforms
- Previous admin or coordination experience in the construction or electrical industry
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A proactive approach – you like to stay ahead of things
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across various projects
- Based in Auckland, with regular site visits across Auckland and Wellington. This is a fast-paced role, and a
high level of work output will be expected.
