Refrigeration Engineer – Wellington

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose faults and service commercial & industrial refrigeration systems
• Jump into installation projects alongside a team of expert techs
• Perform routine maintenance checks to keep systems running at peak performance
• Liaise directly with clients—communicating clearly and professionally
• Safely handle, recover, and recharge refrigerants in line with environmental standards
• Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and compliance paperwork
• Always work to industry codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations

What You’ll Need:

• A trade certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in refrigeration
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration
• Current EST licence and fillers licence (bonus points if you’ve got both)
• Solid admin and computer skills for service logs and client communications
