The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion. You will be responsible for:
- Estimating and pricing projects accurately and competitively
- Site measuring and ensuring technical specifications are correct
- Job sheeting & co-ordinating with production team
- Coordinate with customers, builders & architects
- Managing timelines and project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Previous experience in construction, aluminium joinery, or window/door systems
- Strong skills in estimation, site measurement, and project pricing
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
- Great communicator, confident on site and with clients
- Organised, proactive, and ready to juggle multiple projects
