In this role, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end software lifecycle — from design to development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
You'll also help evaluate and configure third-party applications, ensuring solutions align with best practices, policy, and the evolving needs of CAA.
With your technical software engineering expertise and collaborative spirit, you'll contribute to a future where aviation is even safer, smarter, and more resilient.

The salary band for this position goes from $98,689 to $137,630 with a target starting salary of $115,378.
Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader Authority for the same or similar roles.

About the Role We're looking for Software Engineers to join our growing Digital Delivery and Support team.In this role, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end software lifecycle — from design to development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

What We're Looking For ✅ Solid experience as a Software Engineer with a relevant tertiary qualification.✅ Strong skills in .NET, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.✅ An excellent communicator who can collaborate across diverse technical and non-technical groups.✅ Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of complex problems.
